Sell it once. Check it once.
See it everywhere.

Sold accounts, quality assurance, training and the standings on one record per rep — live on their own screen, on their manager's rollup, and on the screen the sales room already stares at. Nothing reconciled on Monday.

How it works

Run your floor in four simple steps

Load the roster, let reps write the sale once, route every account through quality, and watch the standings move on the screen the room already stares at. Nothing is reconciled on Monday, because nothing ever left the record.

What's inside

One record per rep. Every surface already knows

The rep in the standings, the rep in the review queue and the rep in training are the same row in the same table — not three spellings of a name in three tools.

Quality assurance

A flagged sale reaches the rep's own manager, in their own login

Staged review queues, a workload balancer with carryover and release, and an error trail that has to be acknowledged before it can be escalated. Quality stops living in a different file than the money.

Ghost bar is last cycle, lit bar is this one. Pace, projection and standings move the moment a sale clears.

Rates live on the source code, not in a manager's head. Aeration spiffs, package components and cancels are all on the same record the standings read from.

Questions

The ones we get asked on the call

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, it will be on the walkthrough.

Do we have to rip out the system we bill from?

No, and most floors don't. BtrRep owns the record of what a rep wrote, what quality did to it, and what it pays. Your service and billing system keeps doing its job downstream. Where an export or a shared identifier is needed we build that during setup rather than asking you to key things twice.

How long until the floor is actually using it?

The roster, the standings and the board go up in days, not a quarter — that part is configuration, not a project. Quality assurance takes longer, because the dispositions and the error taxonomy have to match how your team already talks.

What do reps install, and how do we onboard 200 in March?

Nothing. It is a web app — reps open a link in a browser. Accounts are created in bulk from a roster you paste in, a manager can provision or deactivate one in a single action, and seasonal reps who never work a cycle are not billed. A March ramp of two hundred is a spreadsheet and an afternoon.

What does it connect to?

The systems these floors already run — RealGreen, ServiceTitan, PestPac and Jobber are the ones we have worked against most. There is no marketplace of one-click connectors: the handoff is scoped during setup, usually as a scheduled export or a shared customer identifier, and built before you go live.

What does a seat cost if a rep works two days and quits?

Nothing. Seats are counted from who actually wrote in the cycle. A roster full of names who didn't work is not something you should be paying for.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. It is exported on request in a format you can read without us, and it is not sold, pooled across companies, or used to train anything. Each company's data is isolated at the row level. More on security and data.
