Plain-language summary, pending counsel review
This page describes what BtrRep actually does with data today. The formal privacy policy is being prepared with counsel and will replace it. Nothing below is aspirational — if something isn't in place, it isn't listed.
01What BtrRep holds
- Rep and manager records — name, work email, role, crew, and the accounts they wrote.
- Performance records — sold accounts, pipeline, goals, commission and spiff calculations.
- Quality records — audit results, flags, dispositions, and coaching notes.
- Training records — chapter progress and certification results per rep.
- Customer contact details — name, email, branch and service, drawn from the operator's own Real Green export, used solely to send a service-confirmation email when an audit finds one was never sent.
02What BtrRep never does
- Sell data, to anyone, in any form.
- Share your records with another operator.
- Use your operational data to train models for anyone else.
- Track an individual rep's physical location. Coverage figures on this site are aggregated to market from the roster, never derived from device or network location.
- Email your customers for any reason other than the service confirmation described above, and those sends are restricted to a named list of senders.
03Who can see what
Access is enforced by the database, not only by the interface. Application data sits in Postgres on Supabase behind row-level security policies written per role — rep, manager, QA, QA manager, admin and superadmin — so a rep sees their own records, a manager sees their own crew, and a quality agent sees their own queue. Which tabs a person can open is set per role and, where an operation needs it, per user. The security page describes how that's enforced.
04This website
btrrep.com is a static site on Netlify and is separate from the application, which lives at app.btrrep.com. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as a normal asset fetch. If you submit the walkthrough form, the details you type are stored by our static host and emailed to us — along with the page you were on, the referrer and any campaign parameters in the link, held in your browser for that visit only so the reply knows where you came from. Nothing more.
05Your data if you leave
The records are yours. The operator owns the customer data it exports in; BtrRep processes it on that operator's instruction. You get a full export of your records in an open format, and we delete our copies on request.
06Asking
Questions, access requests and deletion requests go to hello@btrrep.com and are answered by a person.
