BtrRep's terms of service are being prepared with counsel and are not published here yet. Until they are, the agreement that governs use of the platform is the one signed directly with your operation.

Nothing on this page is a contract. The list below describes what the published terms will cover; it creates no obligations on its own.

02What the terms will cover
- Who may use the platform, and on whose authority a seat is granted.
- What the subscription includes, how seats are counted, and how billing changes with headcount.
- Ownership: your operational records stay yours, and what happens to them if you leave.
- Acceptable use, including the limits on customer-facing email.
- Availability commitments, support expectations, and how incidents are communicated.
- Term, renewal, and termination.
03Why this page is short
We would rather publish nothing than publish boilerplate that hasn't been reviewed. This page will be replaced with the real document, not padded in the meantime.
